Highlights

Data release 15.0

Release notes:

Represents a major data release.
This release

  • Includes approximately 5 million more data points
  • Missing fertility data ontology associations bug fixed
  • Gene Spag6 / Spag6l gene accession IDs bug fixed
  • Statistical analysis for 880 Retina combined parameters have been excluded due to additional statistical complexity analysis, this will be resolved in the next data release
  • Age at date of sacrifice/blood collection (rather than the date of the experiment) should be used for several terminal procedures (Blood analysis, histopathology and gross pathology, some body weights, etc.) where the experiment may occur at a later date. This will be resolved in the next data release
