Highlights

Data release 14.0

Release notes:

Represents a major data release.

NOTE: Infertility phenotye calls are missing from IMPC Data Relase 14.0. Infertility data is available at https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/impc/all-data-releases/release-14.0/results/missingFertilityPhenotypeCalls.csv.gz
This release
  • Updates the rule for associating a gene with a phenotype for embryo gross morphology procedures. The updated rule defines a phenotype when 2 or more homozygous (or 4 or more heterozygous) specimens are abnormal.
  • Additional body weight parameters have been included, so bodyweights associated to procedures will be more accurate. This will influence the statistical modelling since bodyweight is a covariate to the standard IMPC model. See the IMPC statistical analysis help documentation for more information.
  • Includes more than 30k new images
