Data release 12 has been published on the IMPC website. The number of phenotyped mutant lines has reached 7,606 bringing the total number of phenotyped genes to 7,022.
Data release 12 is a major data release and includes the changing of our statistical pipeline from PhenStat to OpenStats. This release also brings a more sensitive detection for the auditory brain stem response screen, more information about the statistical classification of results and better quality controlled late adult data.
