Pipelines

IMPReSS is built on the concept of phenotyping pipeline which determines when and what procedures are performed. The standard IMPC pipeline includes the core procedures and parameters to be assessed in early adult animals. Centre specific and Late Adult pipelines are based on the standard pipeline but allow the capture of data when alterations are required, for example an additional phenotyping procedure or differing timing. All IMPC phenotyping pipelines are listed on IMPReSS.
